v1.0.4 Patch Notes

Thank you to user karma chameleon for finding some juicy new bugs!

• shareware - settings.php: footer was disabled by default. haha, woops!
• library/bug/markup.php: 
  • much improved paragraph formatting. it's not perfect around blockquotes yet - but it generates far cleaner HTML output.
  • fixed absolutely nasty bug on Windows-based PHP command-line interpreters which were incorrectly parsing Unix line-endings.
• library/bug/readme.txt: typo
• library/build.php: menu_auto_add_pages now searches pages for a menutitle when generating titles
• library/page.php: get_page_permalink(),  get_page_permalinks(), get_page_permalinks_by_tag() all now support the $menuTitle option (off by default)
