v1.1.4 Patch Notes

Thanks to webmaster @kickingk for thoroughly exploring kiki's many scripting keywords, and finding a few new bugs that I am happy to fix!

• library/interpreter.php: Keywords bug fix: when "maximum:" is specified, sort direction was ignored.
• index.php, library/interpreter.php: added "&maximum" option for URLs, which allows a page that shows multiple sub-pages to show a maximum number of posts.
• library/gopher.php: prevent warning when no footnotes are available for a page
• library/rss.php: bugfix - rss no longer showing menu items in each feed item
