• settings.php: clarify how $menu_auto_add_pages works
• install.txt: more details on mbstrings installation for multiple OSs
• library/page.php: clarify that pages are only sorted by date (not by time)
• pages/help/user_guide.bug: new section on how to display and sort tagged pages
• themes/onecolumn/style.css: fixed improper colour on links outside of page body
