Thank you to the generous users who took the time to submit bug reports :)

• settings.php: Added reminder that trailing slashes are required on all paths.
• library/build.php: added missing braces in $rssmenu section. Woops!
• library/page.php: added sanity checks to ensure that the page_header and page_content are found before trying to use them.
• bug/markup.php: pass a real value instead of null to htmlentities (to silence a warning)
• install.txt: added critical note: php-mbstring extension is required on your php install.
