• themes/: all themes now wrap preformatted text correctly
• index.php: now checks which protocol (http/https) browser is using, instead of hardcoded https; library requires moved after POST/GET processing done.
• library/interpreter.php: now uses get_page_permalinks_by_tag()
• library/utils.php: now uses autodetected $url_protocol instead of hardcoded https
• install.txt: fixed typo in linux apt-get instruction
• settings.php: added reminder that $site_base_url must include a trailing slash.
